POLICIES

PAYMENT TERMS:

Please note that our payment terms have changed. All invoices are due upon receipt with payment due 10 days from the date of the invoice. Any payment not received within 15 days of invoice will incur 1.5% daily finance charges until remittance. For your convenience, you can pay your bill online here.

RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

Buyer has the right to examine the goods supplied by Seller and agrees to notify Seller within seven (7) days of Buyer’s receipt of same relative to any defects in same. Such notice must be given to Seller in writing and delivered to Seller at 8014 Vine Crest Ave Suite 7, Louisville KY 40222. Such notice must further specify in detail basis for the non-conformance of the goods. Failure to provide such notice within the requisite time period constitutes irrevocable acceptance of goods.

DELIVERY METHOD:

Automated Lifestyles sells and delivers all goods and equipment to Buyer at time of scheduled installation.

Our privacy policy is simple: we collect no information about you unless you choose to provide that information to us. In addition, we do not give, share, sell, or transfer any personal information about you to any third parties. To prevent unauthorized access, maintain accuracy, and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure any information that we collect. Installations:

All installations completed by Automated Lifestyles are completely custom solutions and vary depending on client needs. Customers will be given an estimate and contract to sign before any work is to begin on site, which will include estimated costs for goods and labor. The estimated cost is the Seller’s best estimate of the actual cost of labor and goods necessary to complete the project.

Service Rates:

On-Site Rate:

  • Standard On-site Service Call (Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm) – $125.00
  • Priority On-Site Service Call (After 5pm weekdays and weekend hours) – $175.00
  • Remote Service Rates:
  • Standard Remote Service Call (Monday- Friday, 9am-5pm) – $75.00
  • Priority Remote Service Call (After 5pm weekdays and weekend hours) – $125.00

Other Services:

  • Firmware Update- $199.00
  • Basic Programming- $125.00/hr
  • Advanced Programming- $175.00/hr
  • Video Calibration- $350.00
  • Audio Calibration- $250.00

**NOTES** Above rates apply to equipment sold and warranted by Automated Lifestyles. Automated Lifestyles reserves the right to add $50.00/hr to above listed rates for any 3rd party or legacy equipment. Additionally, Automated Lifestyles reserves the right to refuse service work entirely on any equipment not sod or warranted by Automated Lifestyles.
