We are very proud to showcase one of our biggest Residential Control4 automation systems in Mockingbird Valley in Louisville, Kentucky. This home displays Control4 at its highest level, with over 200 lighting loads all controlled on the automation system, allowing the homeowner to control every fixture from his phone. We also installed Hinter Douglas motorized shades in all the bedrooms and bathrooms throughout the house and created scenes where the lighting and shades go down at night or up in the morning automatically, without the client even having to push a button. This home also includes an indoor half-court basketball court, where there are two projectors with motorized screens that drop down to watch a game while practicing at the same time. There is even a golf simulator that also has a surround sound setup to be used as both a golf simulator and a home theatre, depending on what mood you’re in. All audio and video throughout the home is also controlled by the automation system, allowing the client to control every aspect of his home from his mobile device. We also did the outdoor lighting and outdoor speaker packages, giving a blend of beautiful outdoor lighting with discreet outdoor audio solutions to be able to get great sound quality while also enjoying the beauty of the property.
