Home Theatre
The Stargate Theater is a representation and blending of the original movie and subsequent TV series that ran for 10 seasons. The entire theater was custom-designed, constructed, and assembled by our Louisville and Nashville division partners. It features customer LED lighting, acoustical panels, a second projector to stimulate the “portal” experience and state-of-the-art audio/video components, all managed by a Control4 automation platform. The custom-designed pocket doors were an element of the “Stargate Atlantis” series and are fully automated with an air compression system for opening and closing. The acoustical panels on the side walls are also an element of the “Stargate: Atlantis” series. It conceals the front channels of the theater and has 29 individual hieroglyphics that are backlit. The ceiling area contains a 6′ star dome with multiple lighting elements including a “shooting star” moving across the dome every 30-60 seconds.
